How long have you been in business?
I began freelancing as early as 1991, and officially left corporate America in the early 2000's to create my own branding and design agency. Yes, I am happy and no I never looked back.
Are you really a "One person shop?"
On the books, it's just me. However, I do have a full-scale team of web developers, SEO specialists, Social Media strategists, writers, photographers, production specialists, trainers, printers and so many more folks on my team both local and across the country to support your business.
Why is your business name offensive?
I have to be honest with you. If you think it is, we're probably not a good fit to work together. I'm not being crude, I'm saving you time. Businesses that are new or in need of help that recognize they need my help are coachable, fun to work with, and don't see "ugly" as a 4-letter word, but as a request for help.
Are you ridiculously expensive?
What you should be asking is, "Will I get quality work and service for what I'm paying for?," and for that answer, I can say absolutely. My team and I aren't always the least expensive, but we're locally owned, responsible, available to be on-call, enthusiastic, and darned good at what we do. Try getting that service from another country. I dare you.
